Dual Enrollment Payment Plan Option

- Go to BSCC’s website
- From the main page select: *Students, then *Financial Aid, then *Tuition Payment Plan
- Read info and click on Tuition Payment Plan (click here to enroll and make a payment)
*Remember, October 19th is the initial Open date to apply for Tuition Assistance/Nelnet for Spring/January dual enrollment classes and November 1st is the deadline for enrolling in the payment plan option for the maximum of 4 installment payments.

As we understand it, October 19th is the initial open date for Enrollment. November 1st is the deadline for enrolling in the payment plan option for the maximum of 4 installment payments. Other payment options – 3 installments or 2 installments - are still available after Nov 1st.

BSCC Dual Enrollment Application Process
- Verify Eligibility:
- Student must be in 10th, 11th, or 12th grade
- Student must take state-approved college placement test for college-level English, Speech, and Math
- Student must have a minimum cumulative (unweighted) GPA of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale
- To maintain continuous eligibility, student must earn a "C" or better in all attempted college courses.
- Please NOTE: Students who fail to meet this minimum GPA or withdraw from a course will be suspended from the program for a minimum of one term. The one-term suspension may not be served during the summer term.

- Please NOTE: The Dual Credit Eligibility Form must be signed by your guidance counselor
- Submit Completed Dual Credit Eligibility Form to Your Guidance Counselor, along with the Following:
- Official transcript (can be obtained from the OGHS registrar)
- Copy of unexpired Photo ID (AL Driver's License or state-issued identification card)

LSCC Dual Enrollment Application Process
- Verify Eligibility
- Student must be in 10th, 11th, or 12th grade
- Student must have a minimum cumulative (unweighted) GPA of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale
- Must have a 19 ACT score on the math section of the ACT to enroll in MTH100 courses or above.
- Must have a 18 ACT score on the English section of the ACT to enroll in ENG101 courses or above.
- To maintain continuous eligibility, student must earn a "C" or better in all attempted college courses.
- Complete Application
- Be sure your high school counselor and parent or guardian signs it.
- Click HERE to download and print the LSCC Dual Enrollment Application
- Please NOTE: This form must be signed by your guidance counselor
- Print off a copy of your high school transcript and attach it to your application.
- You must have a 2.5 or higher GPA to participate.
- GPA's at 2.4999 do not qualify.
- Print off a copy of a state-issued ID (any US state) and attach it to your application.
- If you do not have a state issued ID, submit a copy of your birth certificate along with a copy of your Student Profile Sheet.
- See your high school counselor or main high office for your Profile Sheet.
- Review Lawson's online course schedule database and select up to two classes (for your program).
- Print off a copy of Lawson State's Trial Schedule and complete it. A sample has been provided to assist you with this step.
- Gather all of the documents outlined above, scan them and email them to: admissions@lawsonstate.edu
- For the Subject Line of the email list your full name and identify yourself as a Dual Enrollment student submitting at completed DE Application.
