Parents of Clay-Chalkville Middle School Students,
Course selection for 2021-2022 school year is now available.
CCMS will be having a virtual parent night on Thursday, April 8th beginning at 6:30 PM. You will be able to meet the counselors and learn more about the courses being offered. They will also be available to answer any questions or concerns you may have about your course selection.
The deadline to complete your course selection will be Sunday, April 18th at 11 PM. For families that are familiar with our course offerings and would like to fill out the form now, you are welcome to do so. However, if you plan to attend the virtual night, you can wait to fill it out. The link to the course selection form is:

SPRING TUTORING:
On Monday February 8th we will begin our before and after school tutoring program. Tutoring will be offered in the afternoons on Monday and Wednesday from 3:15-4:15 pm and in the mornings on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:30-7:30 am. We would love for any students that need help with any of their classes to attend these sessions free of charge in an effort to improve their grades. Please note that transportation will not be provided, and we ask that students be picked up at 4:15 in the afternoon.

SCHOOL START TIME:
School starts at 7:45. All students must be in their 1st period class no later than 7:55.
CHECK INS/OUTS:
Please limit check ins and outs due to missing instructional time. There will be no checkouts after 2:30.
